The pool areas are great for kids. The water was a nice temperature. the reception staff addressed issues quickly. there was plenty of parking. we found activities for kids to be wonderful, the staff were friendly, and they offered great entertainment.

just ok, wouldn't rush back
cracked pathbad drain
the resort felt a bit isolated without a car. i wasn't thrilled about paying extra for a microwave in the apartment, considering i needed it for baby milk. also, the paths around the resort were seriously cracked. it was tough navigating with a stroller and i'm sure anyone using a wheelchair would find it nearly impossible. the drain smell was not great either

The staff was super attentive.
The cleanliness standards could be much better. The sink was dirty. The sheets were old too. there was a power and water outage, they said it was planned but no information arrived in advance, such a waste of time!

the reception staff was helpful. they quickly addressed some accommodation issues. i loved the free coaches to nearby towns and beaches. this was a wonderful addition. a booklet of daily activities would improve information access. the accommodation was clean and fresh.

the staff at reception seemed helpful. they dealt with issues at the accommodation quickly. they gave us breakfast as compensation. the free coaches to nearby towns was a wonderful addition.
the bed in the living area squeaked a lot. i did not sleep well some nights. the foot paths had damage. we walked on the road most of the time.

The staff proved very helpful in quickly resolving a minor issue in my room. It was also convenient to have a small market on site that was open every day. Even holidays were not an exception.
I learned about this . The maintenance of the walkways inside the complex was poor. They were broken in places.
