quiet family break
lovely park friendly staff good entertainment
The pool areas are great for kids. The water was a nice temperature. the reception staff addressed issues quickly. there was plenty of parking. we found activities for kids to be wonderful, the staff were friendly, and they offered great entertainment.

The villa had great space, and we enjoyed the landscape views. the beds were comfortable. The bedding was clean. we found that the villa offered what we needed.

just ok, wouldn't rush back
cracked path bad drain
the resort felt a bit isolated without a car. i wasn't thrilled about paying extra for a microwave in the apartment, considering i needed it for baby milk. also, the paths around the resort were seriously cracked. it was tough navigating with a stroller and i'm sure anyone using a wheelchair would find it nearly impossible. the drain smell was not great either

helpful staff free coaches clean accommodation
the reception staff was helpful. they quickly addressed some accommodation issues. i loved the free coaches to nearby towns and beaches. this was a wonderful addition. a booklet of daily activities would improve information access. the accommodation was clean and fresh.

the villa provided ample space and views of the landscape. it was clean. a roof terrace was available but lacked chairs. there were beds for everyone.

i found dinner to be good. there is a mini market on site that is open every day, including holidays. the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

the resort offered daily coaches to town. pools are catered mainly for younger kids. there is an adult only pool area with sunbeds, there are activities for children every day.

balanced stay
helpful staff free coaches squeaky bed damaged footpaths
the staff at reception seemed helpful. they dealt with issues at the accommodation quickly. they gave us breakfast as compensation. the free coaches to nearby towns was a wonderful addition.
the bed in the living area squeaked a lot. i did not sleep well some nights. the foot paths had damage. we walked on the road most of the time.

helpful staff convenient market
The staff proved very helpful in quickly resolving a minor issue in my room. It was also convenient to have a small market on site that was open every day. Even holidays were not an exception.
I learned about this . The maintenance of the walkways inside the complex was poor. They were broken in places.

A minimarket is available within the resort, open daily from 08:00 until midnight. For a larger selection, the nearest supermarket is located 9 kilometers away in Lajares. Additionally, Lajares offers various restaurants and bars for dining outside the hotel. Is there an option to purchase All-Inclusive upon arrival?
