The bathroom had quality toiletries. i found the garden patio secluded from the street very peaceful. the staff was attentive. They were never overbearing. the room itself was well-appointed and comfortable.

loud music unhelpful staff

the music from the bar was so loud, sleep was impossible (even with the earplugs i found in the bathroom). the staff seemed more interested in appearing fancy than actually helping guests. i had to ask for sugar three times before it finally arrived with my coffee. they brought the croissant after i finished my cappuccino.

the room had nice decor and a large space. staff was helpful and polite. the hotel location provided easy access to major attractions. i found the neighborhood easy to navigate and walk.

the music from the rooftop was quite loud. this affected the peace in the room.

the gym was amazing.

The landings and lift were too dark. breakfast was poor as well. My poached eggs were cold two days in a row. no one asked for my room number, so payment became muddled.
