Excellent Hotel Experience

excellent service delicious food

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Iced lattes were delicious, and the variety of food included local and global cuisine. Ugur and Ufuk Ali provided excellent service. They promptly took orders, made specialty coffee, and cleared plates efficiently. Ufuk Ali also went out of his way to prepare a plate of avocado and lox. He remembered my drink order from the previous day.

The departure experience was disappointing when I requested an Uber. The doorman insisted on arranging a 'safe taxi'. The taxi driver demanded an unexpected surcharge, more than double the Uber fare. This suggested a possible arrangement between the hotel and certain drivers, which could lead to guests getting overcharged

great location extensive options

i loved the location near taksim square i found it easy to access different parts of the city taxis were readily available i also appreciated the extensive breakfast options it offered a great start to each day with various choices. the 24-hour gym was a significant plus for my fitness routine i had no disruptions to my workout schedule.

i found the restaurant manager to be rude it was great, i had to avoid eating at the hotel altogether.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The selection included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Sefa and Tuğba provided excellent service at breakfast! ALL the waiters and waitresses were great.

The room showed signs of wear. The hairdryer in the bathroom did NOT function. We did not find an EU-Stecker either. We expected more from a five-star hotel.

friendly staff super clean hotel varied breakfast

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel was super clean. the breakfast had loads of options, it was fantastic. i will be back for sure!

the service around the pool was a little slow.

the hotel is a five-minute walk from taksim square! this provides easy access to many tourist destinations, it is very convenient. the location is a major plus for exploring the city.

our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a plus! the king room high floor was comfortable and well-kept. i really enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view.
