charming escape

hotel location fresh food good service customer service

i noticed the hotel location it was good because it offered easy access to the palm. the restaurants had fresh food with wonderful service i thought. the sea grill restaurant impressed me because of food quality. the staff there had perfect customer service i have to say.

an absolute romantic getaway!

regional cuisines relaxing day

The breakfast choices included continental and regional cuisines. i loved the two-hour free nursery service. shisha and tea on the terrace at 5 p.m. completed a relaxing day.

inconsistent service and issues

delayed drinks uncooked chicken

i had problems with the poolside service. orders took FOR-EVER. sometimes around twenty minutes for drinks. food for the children took over forty-five minutes. the chicken i got one night was undercooked, at one of the restaurants, another disappointment i didn't expect.

helpful staff convenient access

the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel was CLEAN and modern. beds were comfortable. A BUSINESS center provided help, it had everything you could need. beach access was very convenient.

the breakfast offer was very basic. i expected more variety of fish. coffee service needs improvement. i had to ask multiple times for a cup of coffee.

the hotel gym features modern equipment. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the hotel's entrance from the palm road requires concentration, especially when returning.

the staff seemed so rude. i didnt feel welcome at all when i arrived for my honeymoon. the staff at the reception and pool acted indifferent.

comfortable rooms friendly staff lovely atmosphere

I found the rooms spacious and comfortable. staff were always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. there was plenty of room everywhere. I appreciated it a lot. i would stay here AGAIN.

The staff managed check-in directly from the plane at 8 a.m. there was cleaning service offered three times a day, which i found beneficial. free sunbeds were always available. Plenty of towels were also available.
