small room dirty shower walls
The room felt smaller than expected. I struggled to find a good spot for my luggage. I had to keep my suitcase between the TV cabinet and the bed. The bathroom also showed signs of wear. The shower walls seemed dirty, and a bad smell came from the drain, I found this unpleasant. The shower drain didn't work well. Water collected around my ankles during showers.

warm hospitality plush bed relaxing pool
the staff provided warm hospitality. my room featured a plush bed and tasteful furnishings. i found the pool area very relaxing. the greenery was beautifully kept.
the hotel is a bit far from downtown, which requires extra travel time.

The room provided top comfort. It was very spacious and beautifully designed. I enjoyed the massive pool, a true highlight. The restaurants was really nice, especially with the fine dining experiences I had there. Every detail was great.
The minibar prices seemed a little high.

Every staff member greeted me with a sincere smile. I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff always remembered my name and preferences. The concierge service was responsive and helpful.

The fitness center has modern equipment and offers complimentary water and towels. The pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded cabanas. The spa features a sauna, a steam room, and private treatment rooms. It's very relaxing!

The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. Many shops and dining options are nearby. Transportation was readily available. Taxis and ride-sharing services are easy to find. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, which enhanced the overall setting.

a fairly adequate stay
cute staff smooth process breakfast variety toiletries refill musty smell distant location
the staff were cute i arrived at 11pm and the check-in process was smooth. the breakfast had a lot of variety. the rooms are comfortable and modern the hotel design is very nice.
i had to ask for toiletries to be refilled the room is small and had a musty smell. the location is at the end of the palm and no uber wanted to come out that far. the turn down service lacked consistency.

comfortable chairs modern equipment small room dirty bathroom
The hotel gym has modern equipment. Lounge chairs by the pool are comfortable. I found the beach area quite nice. I was impressed that the staff seemed to take feedback seriously.
The room was quite small. There was not enough space to store my luggage. The bathroom seemed very dirty. A bad smell came from the shower drain.

mixed feelings about this hotel
inconsistent room cleaning poor pool service
The staff was courteous. I heard hello often.
The room cleaning was not consistent at all. one day it was fine. the next day it was a disaster. The pool area disappointed me. it was hard to get any service. waiting for drinks, food, or towels was in vain. i felt frustrated
