great location extensive buffet terrible drinks bad attitude
The location was excellent. I walked to the lake easily. The breakfast buffet was extensive and fine, it offered many options.
The drinks at the bar were terrible, I was disappointed. The bartender had a bad attitude.

Excellent Stay
helpful staff delicious coffee fresh options hotel art
The front desk staff, including Ms. Chau Anh and Ms. Tam, were very helpful. They recommended Vietnamese coffee, a delicious though sweet treat I hadn't tried before. Breakfast included many fresh options and the food was great. I appreciated the art pieces placed throughout the hotel (I think, the hotel tries to offer a boutique experience).
The gym, although well-equipped, was quite small.

The rooftop pool offered a great view. I counted about twenty loungers available. The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, all in good working order.
Service

Mr. Kien, the bellman, assisted with luggage and provided useful recommendations for local attractions. Mia, at reception, was cute and helpful throughout my stay. The staff responded quickly to requests (like extra towels) I made.
