awful breakfast insufficient hot water

the location was acceptable, EVERYTHING i needed was nearby.

The breakfast was AWFUL. THERE was BARELY any food available and it ended early at 9:30. there was also no shelf in the shower to put my things on. the water was not hot enough for my preference.

I found the room very clean. The amenities were good. The location is central. The staff made suggestions and were very helpful. They ensured my stay was comfortable.

The hotel is on a side street. The entrance is through a small walkway, unlike its description.

helpful staff cozy lobby dusty items missing mirrors

The lobby felt homely.

The room I received did not match the photos online. The items on the table had a layer of dust. It looked the room was not used often. I also found the room lacking in mirrors, with only one in the bathroom.

helpful staff convenient location adequate storage

the staff assisted with baggage upon arrival i found this helpful the location is convenient i could easily walk to many attractions storage in the room was adequate the cupboards were tall but accessible.

the lighting in the room was not very bright
