The hotel upgraded me to a suite at no additional cost. Upon my early departure, the hotel prepared breakfast for me, understanding I had an early flight. Staff were attentive and eager to assist with directions. The rooms exuded subtle elegance, something I TRULY appreciated.

The shower drain was a bit slow, causing minor water accumulation during showers.

the breakfast buffet offered many options.

The bathroom smelled really bad. I suspect it came from the drain pipe. when i checked in, nobody offered to help me with my luggage. the bellmen just sat there looking at their phones, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested.

the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of options.

The shower drain was slow (it was quite annoying). i stood in water during most of my shower. the bathroom also had a bad smell coming from the drain pipe. no one offered assistance with luggage at check-in. I had to carry my bags to the room myself.

I found a great variation of choice at breakfast. The location are perfect for me to experience the city. The room it provided comfort. The staff were excellent. Really good service they have.

The shower room water do not go down smoothly and guests stood in the flood. The bathroom had a bad smell came from the drain pipe. My luggage were not carried to the room. The bell men were using their phones. I expected more.
