Fantastic Central Location

I received a WhatsApp message offering various tour options. I appreciated the discounted package for the tour to Ha Long Bay. The location is very central, very close to everything. Breakfast had nice options though a big variety was absent.

My room was a bit small and the sealing was very low. I would have liked more space and a higher sealing. The room was clean though, and that helped were great.

The breakfast was diverse. I appreciated the many choices I had each morning. The location was excellent. I found it easy to access nearby attractions from the hotel.

It often felt cramped with luggage. My room lacked soundproofing. I could hear street noise fairly easily.

the staff were helpful. on my last day, tom assisted me with a price misunderstanding at a salon. he personally helped sort it out. the location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions.

the walls needed some maintenance. the shower also needed attention. the space between the breakfast tables was quite narrow.

The staff at the front desk were very kind. Anna and Linh were especially friendly. The location made getting around easy. Grab drivers arrived on time.

The room was small. I've seen bigger rooms in other places. The mattress felt a little hard. The pillows were also quite firm.
