A romantic escape

the staff helped arrange an early check in and kindly took luggage to my room. the location felt perfect and i loved discovering i could walk to the downtown area. they gave more free water, alongside toothpaste and slippers in the room! i was happy they provided a late check out at 4 pm free of charge.

I sometimes waited several minutes to use it.

Solid Stay with Minor Hiccups

I received an upgrade to a superior room. The room had a view of the Burj Khalifa. A birthday cake was a surprise for my daughter. The complimentary shuttle to Kite Beach and the mall was very convenient.

The check-in process needed improvement. I had to follow up several times. No help with my luggage was offered. It. The reception staff seemed understaffed. I felt the process should be smoother and more attentive.

Some staff members, Qamar, Vinod, and Adil, were friendly and helpful. Rosina and Rahul offered lovely service during a busy brunch. The hotel staff always responded to my requests quickly and efficiently. It's a big plus.

I had a really nice time . the staff at the breakfast restaurant were especially great. the location was also very convenient from the airport. Made travel easy.

The ac in the room wasn't working very well. it just made a lot of noise, and the room felt too humid. the corridors were also quite hot. Nothing was done to fix this issue.

The location was excellent, close to many attractions. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to several malls, convenient. I liked the room upgrade to a superior room. It had a wonderful view. the birthday cake for my daughter was a nice, unexpected touch.

the toilet flush in my room kept malfunctioning! this occurred almost daily, and while housekeeping addressed it promptly, it was still an inconvenience .

The staff was very friendly, especially qamar, vinod, and adil. Their service stood out. housekeeping was great, our room was cleaned every time, with everything fully available and well kept making the stay easier.

the air conditioning in my room barely worked. it made a lot of noise, but the room remained humid. i reported the issue, but nothing was done to fix it, and the corridors were also uncomfortably hot.
