The rooms were super clean!!! The housekeeping service by Jaffar. Our room was super clean each day. He dressed the bed in different themes. He was always helpful, too.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

awkward tv spotuncomfortable situation
the tv was in an awkward spot in the room it was directly opposite the bed i asked twice for it to be moved to another room but nothing happened this made evenings with my child difficult the hotel felt quite expensive considering the facilities available too there are better places nearby for less money also i found many groups of single men at the hotel it felt uncomfortable at the beach and pool i saw it happen twice at the beach it was not pleasant.

excellent experience at premium location

attentive staffmodern hotelprivate beachnightlife bar
every staff member, including reception, housekeeping, and facilities, were professional and attentive. the hotel is modern and super clean. azure beach and the day pool club add comfort. the private beach has skyline views without obstruction. the lsb bar offers nightlife.
the minibar usage was not refunded immediately upon departure. it seems there was a delay in controlling and processing this charge. i hope this can be resolved quickly to complete the stay's experience.

the hotel is near jumeirah beach. it is in walkable distance to dubai marina. it's also close to blue waters, ain. this location offers both beach access and urban exploration.

average stay with some drawbacks

poor view
The check-in and check-out process felt slow. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. my biggest issue was the view. Despite requesting a good view when i checked in, my room overlooked a very large hotel deck, which ruined the experience for me.
