The location was perfect for exploring the area. I loved the rooftop bar! The views of the Eiffel Tower were AMAZING! The staff was also friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well, made things easy.
The pillows in the room weren't very comfortable, and they were a bit flat. I really wanted better pillows!

The hotel's rooftop bar gave very nice panoramic views of the city, including the Eiffel Tower. What a WOW! The updated design throughout the building created a modern feel. The hotel blended quirky elements perfectly.

The room was spacious, very clean, and very modern. Also the bathroom was huge! I saw the Eiffel Tower from my window which was a total bonus. The room included all essential amenities, like toiletries and a hairdryer.

I found the staff professional. david and sebastian at the front desk were always available. the location was really good. I appreciated being so close to shops and transportation. our room felt surprisingly quiet for a city center.
The pillows were strangely uncomfortable. i booked a suite and expected a king bed. It was queen size.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. They felt quite cheap. The queen bed in the Eiffel Tower suite wasn't ideal either. It was smaller than expected. I think the hotel should consider investing in king beds with better quality pillows and comforters. it would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room.

We enjoyed rooms with a notable Eiffel Tower view. The service was excellent, marked by friendly and warm professionalism. The rooms were bigger than expected with nice products. I did not miss the rooftop bar. It was popular with locals and hotel guests.
The hotel tried to take a payment without my authorization. My card company blocked it and froze my card as a result. The hotel said it needed the payment. Otherwise, the rooms would not be guaranteed, it was not pleasant.

Charming Stay with Eiffel Tower Views

The staff were friendly. They helped me with directions and local recommendations. The room had excellent views of the Eiffel Tower from a spacious balcony. The floral decorations in the bar area made it very inviting (I spent most of my evenings there!).
The pillows were slightly uncomfortable. I wished there were a complimentary bottle of water provided upon arrival.
