really good stay

i found the pool on the 22nd floor offered amazing city views. the beds were comfortable , among the best i have slept on. also , the hotel connects directly to a train station , this made exploring easy and kept me out of the heat.

the hotel offers direct access to the airport rail link , it provides a seamless connection to the airport. the bts skytrain station is also directly connected , it allows convenient access to various parts of the city.

the breakfast area runs smoothly , it has sufficient staff to ensure quick service. the concierge team provides helpful information , they are knowledgeable about the area and assist with travel arrangements. i observed attentive and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

I found the location very convenient. it has direct access to the train station. there is also a nearby place with many restaurants. I found it easy to dine out. the beds were comfortable, so i slept well.
during check-in, a staff member entered my room without permission. he said he needed to restock the minibar. i reported this to the manager, who apologized, but the incident was unsettling. the pool on the top floor was a bit cold.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. the service was acceptable.
The pool seemed geared more toward instagram influencers. it was crowded with kids, even during happy hour. i found no pool designated for adults only, disappointing. the hotel location is far from main attractions. Transportation relied on grab taxis.
