The grounds featured a large, beautiful pool with many sun beds. I also appreciated the convenience of international plug sockets in the room.. a small but helpful detail. The Thai restaurant offered lovely meals.
I found the hotel very nicely furnished, it felt very new. the staff was also very friendly. I appreciate their help. the pool area provided a great space to relax and enjoy the sun. i used the shuttle bus system. It was perfect for airport transfers.
I found a slight unpredictability in the shower pressure. It flickered between weak and strong.

The pool area was acceptable. It looked maintained.
The room i received was quite disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked and it was a struggle to keep the room cool (i think i even sweated while sleeping!). the shuttle service to the airport was inconvenient. The wait time was much longer than expected, causing unnecessary stress before my flight.
