The room was large and comfortable. It was a great experience.

I was certain I booked the breakfast option. The price was almost 4000฿ for one night so I was totally sure. I arrived at breakfast only to be told it was not included and I would have to pay 500฿. I have stayed here before with no problems, but I will most likely change hotels next time.

unexpected charge

On checkout, i faced an unexpected charge of 800 thai baht for a lamp. Supposedly, it was broken. i refused to pay as the lamp was not functional upon my arrival and was probably already broken. also, i learned the airport shuttle only runs every hour, and i wasn't willing to wait 45 minutes.

The airport transfer was efficient. the room had a really good quality finish and the en suite was well-appointed. This assisted in planning our day.

the room cleanliness was not up to par. the bathroom needed more attention to detail! i was told we were not booked on the shuttle to the hotel even though i communicated with them in advance. the bar service was poor, a significant drawback.
