dirty dishesinconsistent service
i found some issues . the minibar was not restocked daily. dirty dishes remained (i hate seeing old food!). turn-down service never was unless requested, an inconvenience, especially for a hotel of this supposed caliber (why should i need to ask?).

the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions
the room service proved unreliable they consistently removed glasses after cleaning only to return them after multiple calls. used slippers placed in the trash were put back in the room this persisted despite complaints. the manager addressed the issue multiple times yet the problems continued it hardly reminded me of a five-star experience.

the location was advantageous. taksim square was only a short walk away. i found various pharmacies and supermarkets conveniently close. the staff demonstrated genuine kindness and provided helpful service throughout my stay. i especially appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness.
i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms occasionally. this was only a minor issue.
