Luxurious and Comfortable Stay
prompt service efficient front desk accommodating staff
I stayed in the Executive Club King Room for three nights. The concierge service was prompt. The front desk was efficient, and the turndown service was timely. The staff at the Executive Lounge are friendly and very accommodating.
The wine selection in the Executive Lounge was average. I expected more variety from a hotel of this standard! The food quality in the lounge was quite good though. Overall the experience was still worth recommending.

The hotel is near a major shopping center. It offers convenient access to several dining options. Public transport is also readily available, allowing easy movement throughout the area. This added convenience was very helpful.

quiet floor reasonable prices enhanced experience
The room was on the 18th floor. This kept it AWAY from the open area, so it was very quiet. The view of Lumphini Park was LOVELY! Room service dining offers good food at very reasonable prices. The concierge REALLY enhanced our travel experience.
The location WAS perfect! though the parking was expensive.
