acceptable, not really good
unfriendly staff dirty beach
the hotel is lovely, especially the rooms and pool area.
The reception staff did not seem very helpful. They were not particularly friendly. the beach was nice enough, but it wasn't clean. i noticed quite a bit of litter near the loungers one day.

the room was a luxury room sea view. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and a nespresso machine was available. i visited the spa and puspa, the therapist, was knowledgeable. i enjoyed the hammam, facials, and massage.

The Luxury Room Palm View had a relaxing bathroom. The rainfall shower was a great feature. I found a nespresso machine in the room. The spa visit was amazing. Puspa is a real professional therapist.
The room service order tasted like a microwaved meal.

beach access breakfast option spacious suite longer stay
The resort's location on the palm is convenient if you want beach access. The breakfast had great value with amazing food options. I received a free upgrade to a very spacious suite. I enjoyed the stay and wished I could have stayed longer.
The lobby staff attitude was bad I found and the housekeeping service was slow.

the room was good. it offered a nice view of palm jumeirah. the breakfast had many options too. check-in was fast!
