fantastic beach fine room design crowded hotel glass absence

The beach is fantastic. It is well-kept and spacious! The room design is fine. It is modern, colorful, and thoughtfully laid out.

The hotel was crowded because of a holiday. It was almost impossible to find a spot at the pool. Drinks were coming in cans without glasses. It was not the expected experience in a hotel.

Really good service, great location

delicious food great value beautiful location

The ladies night offered great value for money with delicious food and drinks for 250 dirhams. I was impressed by the unlimited drinks and four-course meal with two starters, a main course, and dessert. The hotel location is beautiful and convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Ryan was an excellent host.

It took some time to find someone to get towels by the pool.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfy with modern decor. It had comfortable beds and amenities. I enjoyed the ocean view from the private balcony and found the space well kept.

inconsistent experience at this hotel

loud music unrelaxing pool

the music volume was a real problem. there were multiple loud sources competing.. the beach club, the pool, and the rooftop bar. it felt more like a cheap club than a relaxing hotel. the pool was not relaxing.

lovely surprises relaxing atmosphere helpful staff

the cleaning service left amazing surprises like balloons in the room I loved that touch the team at the kids club created a very relaxing atmosphere I felt so pampered the staff at the beach were helpful making my time there stress free I'm grateful for such attentiveness

the hotel felt genuinely very dark inside that did not suit my taste at all

the service here lacks consistency. i waited an excessive amount of time, between two to three hours, for food at the beach. also, a beer order took an hour. the minibar was not restocked following room cleaning, a significant oversight.
