The hotel offered a free boat shuttle to the Sarthorn pier from the hotel dock. This was really convenient to get to the mall and the train station. I appreciated the excellent international breakfast. The terrace offered lovely views over the river.

The air-conditioning in my room kept making banging noises every few hours while I was trying to sleep. The pool seemed to be in need of repair and a part of it was sectioned off. This was somewhat disappointing for the price.

The breakfast had great variety including options for dietary restrictions. The hotel gym includes many machines, treadmills, elliptical trainers, and bikes. I especially liked that the hotel provides drinking water, espresso, and tea in the rooms daily. The view of the river from the room was amazing.

I noticed a slightly musty smell in the room upon arrival.
