Really good Service and Beautiful Setting
boat shuttle convenient access lovely swimming pool
The boat shuttle offered convenient access. It made getting to nearby attractions simple. The swimming pool was also lovely. I especially liked its layout and views. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). It included a wide selection of food.
The room decoration seemed a little outdated.

Riverfront Comfort
convenient pier buffet option charming staff
I found the boat service to be useful for accessing nearby attractions. The convenience of being shuttled directly to the pier eliminated the need for taxis. I could visit temples and shopping centers easily. The breakfast buffet included many options, with fresh fruit and hot dishes. Staff members helped me to arrange a long-tail boat trip along the river.
The room's air conditioning was a little too strong in public areas.

The hotel offers boat shuttle services to Iconsiam and Sathon Pier. These provide direct access to the nearest BTS station. I also noticed a large pool with secluded corners, offering some privacy. Orchids populated the public areas and included helpful descriptions.

The breakfast buffet features many choices, including Asian and Western dishes. Pastries and cheeses were plentiful. I saw very nice fruit arrangements. The hotel's Thai restaurant overlooks the river, offering tasty food.

The room included a spacious layout with a nice view of the river. A comfortable bed was in the room. I found unlimited water bottles available daily. Two bathrooms were available.

The staff provided excellent service. They assisted with arranging transportation. I was greeted with a towel at the front door when caught in a rain shower. Staff intricate carving of fruit in the lobby was a charming touch.

insensitive switch calculation error
The hotel felt a bit dated despite its reputation. The room had some scratches here and there. The switch buttons were not very sensitive. I was surprised that the receptionist inquired about my checkout time during check-in. It felt a bit unwelcoming. Waiting over 30 minutes during checkout due to a calculation error on their part was a frustrating end to my stay. A simple apology did little to ease my annoyance at the time wasted.

inconvenient atm poor impression
The service was great (as expected). Every detail, from the aroma upon arrival, was carefully thought out.
The check-in process was not smooth. The receptionist asked me what time i would check out. I was also required to pay a deposit in cash, forcing me to find an atm. It was inconvenient and created a poor first impression, so disappointing.

gentle breeze thai spa iced water subtle kindness
I felt enveloped by kindness at every turn! the staff anticipated needs before they arose, like a gentle breeze guiding us through our stay. little touches, such as the iced water offered on the shuttle boat, added to the feeling of being cherished! the traditional thai spa was transformative. I emerged feeling reborn.
The elevators felt a little slow at peak times. Waiting was a minor inconvenience.

The river shuttle provided convenient access to the city. The breakfast offered a wide array of tasty options. The staff was attentive and helpful. They provided assistance with my luggage and directions with a smile.
I noticed some minor wear in the room furnishings, yet it did not detract significantly from my overall enjoyment.
