ferry service spacious room fruit plate
the hotel provided a ferry service. it took guests to iconsiam. the service was very convenient. i felt the room were spacious with high ceilings. there was a plate of fresh local fruit every evening. a turndown service was also available.
i found the breakfast room too crowded. valet staff need more training.

excellent building modern equipment efficient staff
i found the hotel building very excellent. it is one of the best city hotels i have stayed. i saw that the gym had modern equipment. the front desk staff are efficient in meeting my needs.
water pressure was quite weak in the shower room.

the hotel overlook the chao phraya river. i used the ferry to iconsiam. it is a nice way to get around. the hotel near the jetty is excellent.

my premier room was spacious. the amenities was great. there are high-end touches in the rooms. extra bottles of water were available. the rooms have fab views.

well-equipped gym clean pool fresh fruit slow response inconvenient location unimpressive breakfast
the gym was well-equipped. it featured treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool was clean. complimentary fresh fruit arrived each evening. turn down service was also provided.
the concierge desk was slow to respond to my emails. the location was not convenient for shopping. i found the breakfast to be unimpressive by thai standards.
