central location walking distance

The location is fantastic and has a beautiful historical backstory!!! It was quite easy to walk to many landmarks because of the central location. Lots of brasseries and cafes are within walking distance. AMAZING!!!

The shower had low water pressure and the door was not large enough to consistently prevent water from being sprayed out.

The hotel provided a great location near shopping areas. The room size was excellent. The bathroom featured a helpful flushing hose. I loved that. Excellent lobby and awesome breakfast options made my mornings good.

The toilet space lacked a sink for hand washing.

The location allowed quick walks to many attractions! The breakfast included delicious pastries and fresh fruit. I found the room service prompt, and the delivered meals were hot and well-prepared.

The minibar prices seemed high. I found that the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries.

slippery floor incorrect information

The location is good. The room was not great. The bathroom lacked a suitable place for toiletries! It made the elevated, slippery floor dangerous because of the need to put the shampoo on the floor. The concierge also gave incorrect information about a restaurant. It was open, contrary to what I was told. A wake-up call was requested but never received. It was disappointing, and I would expect better for the price.

great shopping first class staff great location poor service damaged blanket premium room

The hotel is close to great shopping. Printemps is just around the corner. The Palais Garnier is right opposite. The staff are first class. The location is great. I did not need a car.

The king premium room did not offer that much more than the classic rooms. The main problem was more of a service level. The complimentary water and welcome fruits came after I returned from dinner, that is, on arrival, I had to call to get water. The blanket had some vomitus-like smell. I had to ask them to change the linen.
