Lovely Birthday Celebration

the service was really good. Every detail was taken care of with thoughtfulness. The suite itself had world-class facilities. I also want to thank the very nice butlers, Abhinav and Sydney, for making my birthday nice.
The welcome staff seemed somewhat rushed, and I was briefly told off for using a camera in the lobby (though it was just for a family photo).

The butler service was super helpful. Tomas really shined! he took his time to explain everything. he also helped with all my needs. access to the souk was easy because of the free shuttle. the breakfast choices were wide and excellent.
i had to wait with tourists for the lifts, and it was so busy! i see many tourists after i exited the lift. it feels as though they are paying a day rate. i don't think it worth the money, it did not feel exclusive.

The butler and reception staff were very willing to assist me. The suite included snacks and ample space. I used the infinity pool, water park, and indoor swimming pool. The buggy network provided convenient travel within the resort.
I noticed some scratches on walls , and the 'do not disturb' button was not working.

The Rolls Royce pick-up service was such a treat! It really started the stay off right. The check-in procedure felt so professional, it was done right in the room. Our suite was fine. The beach staff was really good, especially Asil, Nagur, Abbas, and Radjil. They made our days here excellent!
The hotel definitely shows its age. It could benefit from a modern update.

The butler service. Victoria at the front desk ensured a smooth experience. Claudia from Guest Relations greeted us personally, a thoughtful touch. Rutik Aher at breakfast took great care of us and paid close attention to my allergies (I'm so grateful). Krishan Agarwal from in-room dining delivery ensured the food was handled separately, something I deeply appreciated.
The refund of the deposit took 14 days.
