I mainly chose this hotel because of its location and my marriott status. It really exceeded my expectations. the staff, including omar at check-in and the housekeeping team with shiva and hassan, was excellent. the garage restaurant has a great choice of food options.
the room i got had some issues. the air conditioning was tricky as i couldn't completely switch it off. also, the noise from music and planes at night made sleep a little difficult.

my marriott status and the amazing location drew me in, but this place was so good! omar's check-in was smooth, and the housekeeping team, shiva and hassan, delighted my daughters with towel animals. the garage restaurant offered many options, and the members lounge had great canapés and drinks from 6-8pm.

The pool was nice, even though it was often very busy. I appreciated the complimentary yas beach tickets. the hotel provides a frequent shuttle bus. It's a very convenient way to reach the mall and theme parks. the gym had modern equipment.

the architecture of this hotel is fine and instagram worthy.
I had issues with the in-room dining service. No one answered the phone and the staff was rude. i ordered food from outside, but i had to pick it up from the basement because outside food deliveries are frowned upon. also, the hotel refused to exchange my currency beyond a very small amount per day. this felt very inconvenient.

the rooms were large and included balconies. huge beds ensured restful nights. daily cleaning kept everything fresh. amenities were generously stocked. our room overlooked the pit lane and marina, a special treat for f1 fans. breakfast at garage offered plentiful choices.
