I thought the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurants was AMAZING!!! I found the rooms to be beautiful. They were also very comfortable.
Check-in was quite poor. Welcome drinks were missing. The executive check-in had only one person, i thought it would have been easier at reception. I noticed the beach flip flops were removed, i thought these extras were appreciated.

i visited the wild wadi water park and it was accessible directly from the hotel. i found complimentary towels available right before the entrance. the breakfast had many varieties and options, including one area just for children. my family was able to use free buggy rides to jumeirah sister properties.
some staff seemed not as attentive as others, and this was a slight disappointment.

the hotel had a great location near the beach. it gave direct access to wild wadi water park, a definite plus. proximity to key attractions like the emirates mall made outings very easy.

i observed the breakfast buffet offered great diversity. it included options for various tastes, including dedicated sections for kids. several restaurants were available, providing ample choices for meals throughout our stay.

The staff was very helpful AND friendly. I really appreciated bhagyesh, the concierge. He helped me make reservations and explained all options clearly. Sai and guilierme, at the concierge desk, were also super helpful AND patient. I had free access to Wild Wadi Water Park. It was conveniently located next to the hotel.

my ocean view club room had access to the club lounge, daily afternoon tea, and evening drinks. Canapés were available, AND all refreshments were included, a welcome treat. Access to Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM) was another nice bonus.

The hotel has multiple swimming pools offering a variety of options for children AND adults. I found staff to be kind AND smiling. They served me well. The gym is great and has many machines.

inconsistent servicedirty room
The reception staff did not complete the check-in on time, they gave me a dirty room initially. They then upgraded my room and included breakfast as compensation. Subsequently, they asked me to pay for the breakfast. This inconsistency caused frustration.
