good sized room cleaning staff amazing view perfect staff

i found the room to be a good size. the cleaning staff did a great job every day. the front office team gave me an amazing view in my room. the staff service was perfect.

the pool area felt crowded, so it was not as relaxing as i hoped. i think a better layout would help.

the location was great near many restaurants. the hotel has direct beach access which was very useful. the breakfast offered many options and included tasty products. i used the heated pool and enjoyed the facilities.

Solid Stay with Some Nice Perks

comfortable room breakfast selection friendly staff

I found the rooms comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast selection included many options. It had everything from fresh fruit to hot dishes. The front desk staff were really friendly. They helped me with taxis and welcomed me back each day.

The pool gets very crowded. You must reserve a lounger early or you won't find one available.

The hotel is close to West Beach. It allows for easy walks in the evenings. You can easily reach different spots. It is a convenient area for exploring. The positioning is SUPERB!!!

non-functioning alarm poor dinner

The alarm clock did not charge my phone wirelessly. I had to request a replacement and waited four hours. My son found a small bag from a prior guest under the bed. Fresh towels took 45 minutes to arrive. Guest relations declined to bring my delivery that included sunblock and toys. The buffet dinner was also very poor.
