impersonal serviceimpractical layout

i was a little disappointed by the service , at times it felt either too intrusive OR oddly distant. the room itself was lovely , BUT its layout seemed a bit impractical given the doors. also , the air conditioning kept turning on unexpectedly when i opened the balcony doors. overall , I don't think i will return.

the room was very clean, i must say.

i was a little disappointed with the service. they were slow to answer the phone, and i had to go downstairs myself late one night. also, upon checkout, they wanted to charge me extra for bringing a delivery order to my room. i stood in the lobby waiting for the delivery guy, but one of your employees told me he will bring it to my room, and then, you want to charge me?

immaculate conditionattentive staffsuite upgrade

the hotel was immaculate upon arrival. the staff was attentive and quick with any request. i received an upgrade to a junior suite, it featured views of the city and yachts. the poolside area provided relaxation and a great atmosphere.

staff ensured requests were met promptly, demonstrating attention. i observed the door staff to be cute and friendly at all times.. their interactions felt genuine and helpful.
