inconsistent room service lounge chair chaos
The room service was oddly inconsistent. Sometimes prompt, other times, nonexistent. It seemed like a gamble whether anyone would actually bring the things I ordered. finding a lounge chair by the pool was a competitive sport. People seemed to reserve them at dawn. I thought vacation was meant to be relaxing. I found this to be a lounge chair chaos.

ms. kaouther at reception offered a cute check-in. she provided a free upgrade (which was really unexpected). i appreciated the attentive service.
the pool area receives direct sunlight for a limited time each day.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff attentive service organized hotel
The reception staff were very helpful. i especially thank faruk, he assisted with luggage and provided very attentive service. the hotel looked clean and well-organized. Everything was in good order.

a decent stay overall
convenient location helpful staff noisy building dusty conditions
the location was convenient. i found the staff well-trained and helpful.. the front desk service was smooth. all the ladies there were amazing.
i noticed building work going on all around the hotel. it was dusty and noisy at night. i stayed in a room and could not sleep for the duration.
