I liked the helpful staff. Their cute attitude impressed me, and the service was quick. The room also had super fast Internet service, too. Breakfast had lots of options that was great.

The pool was closed, sadly. I did not know this ahead of time and found that a bummer. The room had a weird smell, I thought. Only a single coffee pod came in the room. That's odd.

i loved the attentive staff and the hotel was fine! it was also very comfortable with everything i needed. the room got tended to at least twice a day, a nice touch. the food was lovely!

The room wasn't as great as i expected. It felt a bit old. it wasn't quite up to par with other hotels i have visited.

I found the service slow. The concierge took a very long time to respond. the pool was closed, and i was not informed of this before my arrival. the top-level bar was also not working, disappointing.

This place was something else. The club music thumped until 3 AM, even up on the 48th floor, sleep was impossible. The staff was not very helpful arranging taxis at all.

I liked the location. It is quite handy and connected to the metro. This made accessing the Burj and airport SIMPLE. The junior suite was very spacious, a big plus. The views from the 48th floor Were definitely amazing. Breakfast offered much food and good quality items.

the service at the reception wasn't too personable upon my arrival. it would have elevated the experience even more with friendlier staff.
