Stylish Stay with Excellent Service

The staff were consistently helpful. They provided useful information. The room decor was quite unique. I found it fun. I really liked the rooftop pool, it had amazing views. I enjoyed the breakfast, there was a tasty selection.

The noise was quite bothersome one evening. The music from the bar was loud. This made it difficult to relax. It would be better if the rooms had better soundproofing. I did have trouble sleeping because of the sound volume.

the valet service, wasn't exactly speedy, more like glacially slow, it took nearly an hour for them to retreive my car and their coordination seemed like a whatsapp group gone wrong. the staff didn't seem to grasp the urgency, or maybe they just didn't care. there's something about missing a boat trip because a hotel can't manage its parking that really grinds my gears. the communication breakdown, slow valet

a wonderful and creative retreat

friendly staff quick help generous receptionist

i found the staff very friendly and cute. whenever i needed something, they rushed to help without delay. alessandra from reception was very generous, and bassma's help seemed like i was talking to a friend (i appreciated her kindness). i would definitely stay here again.

the front desk sometimes requires multiple calls to get an answer. even simple requests like towels could take over 30 minutes (this happened during ramadan, not peak season). wifi connectivity was unreliable.

The breakfast service included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries (the croissants were flaky and buttery). omelets were made to order with a selection of fillings. I thought it was very personal. the staff ensured tables were promptly cleared.

nice stay indeed

friendly staff fine view relaxed vibe

i was grateful for the really good service i received. the staff was friendly. they were always ready to assist with a smile. the view from the pool gave a look at the museum. i liked that. the glamping room theme was really well done. the outdoor sauna was very great. the hotel vibe felt relaxed.

the noise did bother me. i heard conversations from other rooms. this affected my sleep at night. i hope they solve this soon.

helpful staff gym equipment mini bar

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This is awesome! the staff are nice and really quick to help. i had breakfast, it was so yummy! also, snacks and drinks were free and refilled everyday in the mini bar. A fun bonus, yeah!

the noise from the street was annoying sometimes.

My room included two separate sinks. This was very handy! the bed was super comfy. i slept great every night. there was also a shuttle running to Kite Beach and the mega Dubai Mall.

The hotel's lobby doubles as a workspace. This is super useful. i saw people were having fun in the pool area with around twenty loungers. there is even a shaded area. Great for staying cool!

The hotel has a very fun mini shop. The decorations in the elevator WERE really great.

My room was NOT clean. The reception member I complained to had a rude attitude. He even asked me, "What's NOW?!?
