The location was accessible to many key attractions. Breakfast had a decent buffet spread! Clovis ensured orders were taken and delivered promptly. Chef Paras made sure the breakfast was always refilled.

The minibar was completely empty. It contained only an empty yogurt container! This was not replenished for four days. The hotel felt a little tired.

there was considerable noise from ongoing road work outside the hotel. i also found the executive lounge to be disappointing in terms of food presentation and taste.

the hotel provided a convenient location near attractions. the staff were generally friendly and helpful . the room offered a canal view that was quite nice.

The check-in process was rather slow, taking over 20 minutes. the air conditioning in the room did not get cold enough. contacting room service was difficult. It took multiple attempts and a long wait to place an order.
