i found the staff very polite and helpful, especially at the front desk (roan was a star!). valet parking was a plus and they supported me with my luggage to the room. the breakfast staff were kind and the housekeeping was superb. i used the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna a lot, they were great.

the absence of smart tvs in the rooms felt a bit below par, especially for a hotel of this standard. i expected more modern entertainment options in the room. hopefully, this is something they'll consider upgrading soon.

the health club offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including a sauna, steam room, gym, pool, and jacuzzi, all conveniently located under one roof. squash and tennis facilities are also available (i even spotted a bar!). the entire area looked impeccably clean and well-managed.

the reception provided wonderful service, with kim particularly helpful in assisting me. the duty managers, shinu and amane, were also very attentive. the breakfast service was excellent, with good quality food and presentation (the chef, mr y. arafat, really knows his stuff!).

the hotel was very clean and well kept (i really noticed this). the staff were friendly. i found a great selection of dining options that catered to different tastes. the spa facilities were excellent and definitely worth visiting after my travels.

I had to call to request drinking water for the next day. This was a first for me in a hotel of this level (it did feel a bit odd).

I found the breakfast excellent. Quality and presentation were notable. Chef Mr Y. Arafat is great. Makesh and Melsiya were very hardworking at the restaurant. I appreciate the team's dedicated service and positive attitude.

I noticed the rooms aren't fully soundproof, so I could hear planes at times.
