mixed feelings about the stay

poor ac bland dishes

I found a major problem . the air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm, i reported it, but nothing really changed. also, the breakfast buffet seemed huge, but the food quality was disappointing. Many dishes tasted bland. it was annoying to pay so much and not have basic comforts.

the hotel had many restaurants and activities, offering plenty of entertainment. the gastronomy was very inclusive, offering diverse cultures and palates.

check-in was a little clumsy, the circle atlantis was new to the staff. this made checkout even more clumsy.

the hotel room was amazing. i stayed in a palmscape king room and the views were very nice. the room had two separate sinks, very useful. the rainfall shower was also a great feature.

The mini bar was locked, that was inconvenient. i had to call maintenance about it. It took some time. the lighting system in the room was difficult to manage. the night light would not switch off under both bed tables.

i got a free upgrade to a room. it had perfect interior decoration. the staff service was even better. i have been to many hotels. this one is my number one.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. it included a full bakery and a coffee shop. the hotel also gave free access to aquaventure. the beach had ample shaded chairs.

Bathroom doors do not have handles. It's easy to trap your fingers. be careful.

The palm view from my room was just perfect. i could sit on the balcony for hours, watching the skyblaze fountain show. the amenities were amazing. Everything in the room seemed to shine gold in the evenings. the staff at the kids club were really kind. They created a great atmosphere for children to enjoy.

i had issues with the room service. my bags were not delivered to my room for what reminded me of forever. i had to call the reception to ask for them, it took 3 hours! i wasted so much time waiting for my luggage. many tourists at the hotel are not guests, this was annoying.

poor check-in delayed rooms

the free access to aquaventure proved acceptable. there was something to do.

the check-in process was poor. it took far too long, despite prepayment. the rooms were not ready at 3 pm, they were available after 30 minutes. the rooms were on different towers and floors, even though booked together.
