slow servicedouble billing
The service really lacked attention to detail. we waited a long time at the bar for drinks because they needed a corkscrew. It was around 30 minutes. also, housekeeping entered the room even when we were inside. That felt very intrusive.

the executive room featured distinct zones it had two sinks across from each other in the bathroom. fitness amenities included a mat and dumbbells i found these useful. the room offered many necessities and was quite large for the area.
the hotel lighting was quite dark at times it made it difficult to see things clearly.

The beautiful room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation. i used the in-room coffee machine each morning. It brewed excellent coffee. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. It was very refreshing.
the lighting system controls in the room were not initially intuitive and required a bit of experimentation
