The staff provided amazing service upon my arrival. Hoang Cao greeted me warmly and provided helpful suggestions about the area. The hotel was amazing, and the rooms were super clean and cozy. I would definitely return in the future.

Excellent Hotel Experience

friendly staff efficient staff excellent food

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I stayed four nights initially, then one additional night later. The waitress made a reservation for me at the other hotel sky restaurant. It was appreciated. The food there was excellent.

I noticed excessive plastic use due to complimentary water bottles. A water fountain in reception would be beneficial. This would encourage recycling.
