The staff provided amazing service upon my arrival. Hoang Cao greeted me warmly and provided helpful suggestions about the area. The hotel looked amazing, and the rooms were very comfy and tidy. I would definitely return in the future.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I stayed four nights initially, then one additional night later. The waitress made a reservation for me at the other hotel sky restaurant. It was appreciated. The food there was excellent.

I noticed excessive plastic use due to complimentary water bottles. A water fountain in reception would be beneficial. This would encourage recycling.
