the staff was attentive. the manager of the rooftop bar welcomed us for evening drinks. the reception team helped with luggage transfer due to our tour incorporation.
The room was quite small and lacked storage space for unpacking.

on arrival, i was told my booked room would be on the second floor. it was also noisy. i was offered a better room on the sixth floor for an extra fee. the room i had was quite small.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They provided useful advice. they also ensured i had all the necessary information (especially regarding local attractions). i found the location very convenient. I could easily walk to train street and other points of interest.
i found the breakfast area quite crowded. it was difficult to find a seat, and the noise level made conversations challenging. this situation detracted from the overall dining experience.

The room had daily cleaning and felt very neat. Breakfast offered a VERY good selection. I especially appreciated staff arranging tours and alternate accommodations. They packed lunches for a train trip to SaPa and offered shower use after checkout.
I experienced a SLIGHTLY annoying issue with thin walls.
