The staff are helpful, i must say. Niresh fernando provided great assistance with golf and restaurant plans. He made reservations and transport. the spa staff and restaurant staff were kind. they were always smiling.

I booked a burj khalifa view room, yet the view was limited. i could only see the tower by leaning from the balcony, a bummer! the deposit refund took a week. That seems excessive..

the shisha service was excellent. hamshari-gamili provided great hospitality, and the area offered amazing photo opportunities (especially with the burj khalifa in the background!). i really enjoyed that the hotel connects directly to the shopping center. it made getting around very easy.

the gym is well-equipped with various machines. the infinity pool on level 54 is a must-see with its fine views (it's really amazing!). the hotel also offers direct access to the shopping center through a convenient tunnel.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options available. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. Arriving around 7:15 am meant fewer crowds and a more peaceful experience. the food at alto 54 was delicious.
