helpful staff great assistance kind personnel limited view excessive delay deposit refund

The staff are helpful, i must say. Niresh fernando provided great assistance with golf and restaurant plans. He made reservations and transport. the spa staff and restaurant staff were kind. they were always smiling.

I booked a burj khalifa view room, yet the view was limited. i could only see the tower by leaning from the balcony, a bummer! the deposit refund took a week. That seems excessive..

clean gym amazing facilities helpful coaching rude staff poor explanation slow service

the gym IS clean, and the facilities are amazing. the equipment is good, providing full training on all equipment. rowan, the trainer, is dedicated and helpful. i recommend HIS coaching.

ladies working at the staff are very rude. they don't speak properly. they DON'T explain what needs to be explained. they are quite slow TOO.

convenient location burj khalifa view professional staff

The location is very convenient with easy access to the metro. I also appreciated the views of the Burj Khalifa from the room. The staff were professional (especially in the Club Lounge).

excellent shisha service great hospitality easy access

the shisha service was excellent. hamshari-gamili provided great hospitality, and the area offered amazing photo opportunities (especially with the burj khalifa in the background!). i really enjoyed that the hotel connects directly to the shopping center. it made getting around very easy.

the gym is well-equipped with various machines. the infinity pool on level 54 is a must-see with its fine views (it's really amazing!). the hotel also offers direct access to the shopping center through a convenient tunnel.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options available. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. Arriving around 7:15 am meant fewer crowds and a more peaceful experience. the food at alto 54 was delicious.
