poor air conditioning slow replenishment

the air conditioning in my 'superior double room' was not great. it struggled to keep the room cool enough, especially during the day. also, the breakfast buffet, though extensive, seemed to run out of some popular items quickly. the staff, while pleasant, were slow to replenish them leaving some guests waiting. i found this a little frustrating given the overall high rating of the hotel.

fresh pastries king size bed air conditioning small cubicle

the breakfast buffet was extensive i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries the room size was decent it included a comfortable king size bed.

the air conditioning system seemed to have some limitations it struggled to keep the room consistently cool the toilet cubicle was rather small it felt a bit cramped.

the pool area is fabulous. i found beautiful sitting and lying areas near it. lovely artwork is displayed on the walls too. our room included a balcony with chairs and a table, which i loved.

the receptionists could smile more. i found a lack of explanation regarding the spa locker operation. there was also poor communication about breakfast availability. i asked at reception if breakfast was still possible and was told yes, but it was not upon arrival.

the room offered ample space with well considered amenities. the staff provided perfect service. breakfast featured a wide variety of high quality food. i found the location convenient with nearby access to transportation.

the bar area was quite small and often felt crowded, limiting opportunities to relax.

air conditioning system warm room

The breakfast was fine.

The air conditioning system had restrictions. The rooms felt too warm at night. I felt dismissed when I spoke about the warm room. I did not expect to feel this way.
