aMEMORABLE getaway!
complimentary prosecco sea view double curtains
The staff provided complimentary prosecco because it was our wedding anniversary. I got a room upgrade with a GREAT sea view. Double curtains ensured the room was DARK in the early mornings. I found the staff helpful and friendly.
The room wasn't well sound proofed. I heard noise AT night.

Attention to detail IS obvious. This hotel is near the beach, a period building with a lift. The building provides wonderful walks AND scenery with excellent access, very close to The Leas. Parking is available on-site.

Breakfast featured a good selection of cooked and uncooked choices. The restaurant has a great reputation. The hotel offers a PERFECT space for reflection and relaxation, INCLUDING a fabulous breakfast in a beautiful space. The coffee was tasty.

The staff were attentive and professional. Mark on reception was very cute AND accommodating. I found the reception staff helpful and friendly, and the staff were friendly, helpful, AND efficient! the hotel IS very well-run.

The room was a good standard WITH modern furnishings. It features double curtains for a darker room in the early mornings. I got a large room with a large bed upon request. IT was newly renovated and fresh. The beds are soft.

helpful staff excellent service delicious food small fish unopened mussels excessive price
The staff moved me to another room with ease when my TV wasn't working. The receptionist greeted us warmly and knew the facilities. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast and the service was delicious. The food was also excellent. It was a great stay.
My seafood hotpot contained a very small piece of fish. It only had six mussels and two of these weren't open. The cost of a simple cocktail felt excessive. I paid £12 for the drink.

I found the room spacious. It had a refurbished bathroom. I appreciated the dog-friendly arrangements. The hotel provided bedding and bowls for my dog.
