i enjoyed drinks in the bar, which features functioning fireplaces. our room, the king room, had toiletries by bramley. we received fresh milk in a small insulated bottle for the coffee machine. the east anglian fry up served at breakfast was excellent.

the room was stylish with a super comfortable bed and roll top bath. breakfast included tasty cooked breakfast with freshly baked croissants i had. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the room didn't have a telephone, if i needed room service, i had to go downstairs.
