The breakfast service was a mess. staff were inconsistent about tea and coffee. Some offered it, others pointed to dispensers? yuck. it seemed like staff training was lacking. also, the building wasn't properly insulated, so noise was a problem.

The breakfast service was erratic. Some staff offered drinks from the kitchen, others directed me to dispensers. Breakfast ended too early at 09:30, and one morning, staff removed the hot food right on time even though people were still arriving! The evening restaurant menu was also terrible, offering only steak as a gluten-free option until I discovered an all-day bar menu with more choices.

The condition of my room was disappointing. The carpet had noticeable stains and seemed quite worn. The entire experience was underwhelming.
