The room was clean with a wonderful bathroom. The gym was well equipped with machines working. I really enjoyed the spa facilities, including the pool, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. I found plenty of showers and changing room lockers available. I was really impressed with the cleanliness!
The chlorine level in the whirlpool and jacuzzi was a bit strong. My eyes and throat felt a slight burn.

A Decent Hotel Experience

The staff were helpful at all times. They ensured my needs were met. The room was comfortable with a nice bed, and I enjoyed breakfast. The staff provided really good service.
I had an issue with the stairs though I had requested a ground floor room. The bar bill was expensive. The Baileys cost more than expected.

The gym had a lot of equipment, including treadmills! I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom in my room. It included two separate sinks. The staff was friendly and very efficient during breakfast. They ensured my coffee cup was always full, I really loved it
The jacuzzi water wasn't warm enough. I felt cold after only a few minutes in it. The jacuzzi also seemed over-chlorinated. There were bubbles everywhere! This made my eyes sting, and it was unpleasant

The reservation desk recommended room 32, an executive room. The room was large. It was decorated in an Indian style. The bed was a super king size and comfortable (I slept very well). The bathroom had a walk-in shower.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

Free parking is available. I noticed several walking trails near the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible from the main road, with clear signage directing you to the entrance.
