The restaurant provided nice meals, and I found the beds spacious. It was lovely to be greeted with drinks upon arrival. The cleanliness of this hotel was quite notable.
The air conditioning seemed inefficient in the room, this made both nights rather stuffy.

The reception area was not clearly marked. I was ignored upon arrival while carrying bags, indicating I was checking in. Staff should pay closer attention to arriving guests.

dirty food trayweak air conditioning
I thought the air conditioning was quite weak and both nights felt stuffy. a dirty food tray sat outside my door for nearly a day. I guess nobody noticed it. the breakfast quality was a bit underwhelming considering the hotel's reputation and price. the reception area wasn't very clear, and i felt a little ignored when i arrived with my luggage. it would have been nice to get some help right away.
