The room I was assigned was quite disappointing. I found a layer of dust on top of the wardrobe. The view wasn't great either. It mainly overlooked a crane. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

this hotel is super central and close to everything! the staff are very professional and helped me a lot. i had issues and they fixed it super fast. i had my luggage stored when i went to oxford for a few days.

the breakfast was just ok. it wasn't really special for a hotel like this, i wanted more options. i do not eat pork, and there wasn't any cold cut options!

the hotel sits near many important places. i could quickly walk to parks and tube stations. it sits on a calm street near the main attractions and activities. the area feels very safe and quiet.

The doormen were helpful and kind. They always greeted me with a smile. The location was very convenient to major attractions, I walked to many sites.

My room faced the back, the main view was of an adjacent building. That was a real disappointment. The hotel deemed it appropriate to raise prices, I found this quite unusual.
