the staff was amazing as we were there for my brother's wedding. the rooms were very nice! i liked the luxury comfort feel of the hotel.
the room was very old and it was a lot dust. spider webs were on the corners of the room and windows. the policy of the hotel was very discriminating, i planed to take some wedding photos around the hotel and i had contacted them months in advance and gotten a yes. but they forbade me when the photos were to take place

Classic Stay with Modern Comforts

attentive staffgreat coffeegood restaurantmissing amenities
The staff proved cute and eager to assist. I enjoyed some of the best coffee in the UK. It was served in the lobby lounge. The restaurant provided a good experience with both dinner and breakfast.
The room lacked a coffee machine, mini fridge, and bathrobes. I had stayed in this hotel before. My previous room had these features. The hairdryer was broken. the bed faced the door, allowing corridor light in at night.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included diverse British and continental options. It was very varied. Bar 1509 served a Ciabatta club sandwich and egg mayo sandwich with Koffman chips. The quality of food seemed superb, and the value for money was good.
Facilities
8/10
Parking spaces looked plentiful and convenient. The hotel provided ample EV car chargers for electric vehicles. The grounds offered areas to explore, though tending was needed. The building featured excellent architecture and lovely grounds.
Service
10/10
The receptionist Alex gave great assistance and service. Staff responded to requests well. They seemed helpful and friendly. Penny gave an excellent treatment in the hotel spa. It felt very special.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured many electrical outlets. It also had good lighting and a large bathroom. I found a shower and bath. The air conditioning worked, but the room felt warm even with it on and the window open.
Location
9/10
The hotel is situated in park grounds. The setting seemed quiet. It was easy to unwind. The architecture and setting create a tranquil environment, perfect for a relaxing retreat away from city noise.
