The receptionist completed check-in efficiently and maintained a friendly attitude. I appreciated the upgrade to a larger roomwith excellent air conditioning. The bed was indeed comfortable.

my room card stopped working twice, it needed reconfiguration. the television also failed to function. i attempted to have tea in the restaurant, but i was directed to order at the bar due to alleged reservations, even though the restaurant remained nearly empty for over an hour afterward.

The restaurant staff seemed a bit inexperienced. They could use more guest service training. the tv wires in the bedroom dangled down, looking untidy. there also wasn't an anti-slip mat in the bath, i found that a bit odd.

Breakfast offered great variety and FRESH ingredients, a very nice surprise! The room included good amenities. the bed was very comfortable. EVERY staff member was amazing and always ready to help, answering any questions i had.

The gym equipment was slightly dated, though everything worked.
