malfunctioning television card issue
the breakfast offered plentiful choices.
my room card stopped working twice, it needed reconfiguration. the television also failed to function. i attempted to have tea in the restaurant, but i was directed to order at the bar due to alleged reservations, even though the restaurant remained nearly empty for over an hour afterward.

untidy wires anti-slip mat
The breakfast had a good range of gluten-free options. It was quite extensive.
The restaurant staff seemed a bit inexperienced. They could use more guest service training. the tv wires in the bedroom dangled down, looking untidy. there also wasn't an anti-slip mat in the bath, i found that a bit odd.
