the espresso machine did produce good coffee, a point in its favour.
The restaurant food lacked quality for the price. staff seemed untrained on the menu. They had to check answers. my guinness had excessive froth. The staff did not understand this problem.

The reception staff were consistently helpful. I found my room spacious. Black out curtains made sleep easy. I thought the large room was very comfy and tidy.
The bathroom toilet was too close to the wall in my room. This positioning made it awkward to sit straight on the toilet. I found this true across all the rooms I used s.

The room had good size. Toiletries supplied were good quality. Parking was easy and plentiful. I also appreciated the water in the fridge. The shower worked great.
I had to wait for a table at breakfast because of coach parties. This made me late for my appointment.

The room offered climate control that worked efficiently and silently. A fridge was in the room. It was useful for keeping drinks cold. Clear labeling of allergens was present on all breakfast items, very thoughtful. The parking had plenty of spaces available.
The pillows were slightly too soft, which wasn't quite to my liking.

the room was ideal.
The noise from next door was so loud. It was like they were in our room. reception dealt with it promptly when i complained though then rang me back to let me know which then woke up my children, who had managed to sleep through the noise. it also clearly identified me as the person who had complained, as they could also hear everything from our room.

the family room offered great space. two double rooms suited a family of four perfectly. hooks in the room proved useful (i could hang my coat). staff across all areas, from reception to the bar, were helpful.
the air conditioning system was quite loud and difficult to adjust. this impacted sleep quality (i wish the system was modern).
