The breakfast had a great choice of items. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is situated between Southsea and the city center.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The phone system didn't work either. A lamp shorted out and turned off randomly, a hazard.

The hotel location seemed promising. I did encounter an issue with the handbasin. It was not draining correctly, even after reporting it to the staff several times . No repairs were made. breakfast felt overpriced, especially because a communal tub of margarine stood in for butter, not expected for the high cost.

The location was good, close to the seafront. the room I booked was quite small. The bathroom also felt cramped. Many TV channels did not work, disappointing. The air conditioning was not functional, and the window only opened slightly. Breakfast service was slow and poorly executed. Some items ran out and were not refilled promptly.

The staff were helpful with directions and local tips. I found the breakfast selection quite varied, including both hot and cold options. The room was very clean upon arrival, a welcome sight. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.
I noticed the shower pressure could be slightly stronger.

The room was equipped with ample lighting and included a television with multiple channels, giving good entertainment options. fresh towels were provided daily and were nicely soft, such a bonus.

The hotel is located a short walk from several restaurants and shops. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel, and it made exploring the area simple. The waterfront is also very close.

Breakfast included options like scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, and fresh fruit. Truly good. Coffee and tea were readily available, a nice touch for starting the day. The dining area was well maintained.

The hotel offers free wifi access, which i found reliable throughout my stay. There is an on-site gym with treadmills and weights. I saw a small pool and a sauna are also available .

the breakfast selection was good, its always nice to have options.
The bathroom setup wasnt great, the door hit the toilet. room service food arrived late and was overcooked. Paying that much for those meals was a mistake.
