The setting was great. The river view was lovely. the staff was attentive. Tea service was fabulous. a special team made sure i was okay.

River View Delight
perfect room river view reserved parking
The room size was perfect and the river view from it was excellent. I found reserved parking very convenient. The bar had a nice buzz about it. The spa was small yet nice.
Housekeeping was not fully up to par. Some consumables were not replaced. Linens and cleaning equipment were left in the corridor, impacting tidiness.

excellent riverside stay
fresh options river views attentive staff
i found the breakfast selection good with fresh options. my room had lovely river views and modern decor. the staff were attentive from arrival to departure.
The gym equipment is limited. There were only two treadmills available.

underwhelming stay near the river
bare walls mouldy grout
the room i received felt impersonal. bare walls and basic amenities did not reflect the price i paid. a constant noise from the vent sounded like a toilet flushing and bothered me (it was very annoying at night). the bathroom had mouldy shower grout, i think it needs more attention.

very nice location floor-to-ceiling windows good breakfast smooth check-in
the location was very nice! my room boasted floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views of the river and the boats. breakfast was a delight with great service. checking in was smooth, thanks to the lovely service at the reception.
the housekeeping team occasionally congregated and chatted on our floor, possibly creating a perception of untidiness.

the hotel's location right on the river is fantastic! boats of all sizes are constantly moving! the hotel is perfectly situated for a nice stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

spacious room movable seat outdoor seating bare wall waste water noise hospital-like room
the room was spacious with seats that moved easily. it included loads of drawer space. the bar and lounge area has outside seating.
the accommodation seemed like a hospital room. walls were bare with no character. i heard regular noise from waste water through the vent.

The location directly on the river impressed me with constant boat activity. My twin room river view had floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views.
the hotel car park caused some confusion, but it was swiftly resolved.
